Firstly, thank you so much for deciding to come on board and participate in this eCourse - it means a lot to have you here!

I can't wait to help you discover a bigger and better voice to unleash on friends, family, the WORLD...

By the end of this course you will have a good grasp of the fundamentals of singing and should be able to obviously spot differences in your voice from Week 1 to Week 6.

This week is all about setting you up for getting the most out of this course and allowing you to explore what your voice feels like in your body.

Day One: Watch the Getting You Started videos, note down your range and record your first draft.

Day Two: If you haven't recorded your Week 1 video/audio yet, make sure you do this today!

If you have, watch the video on resonance and sing through your song. Note which parts you can feel the vibration or buzz and any parts it's not as obvious.

Day Three: Watch the Alignment video. Sing through your song and see what you notice in terms of your alignment and what your body wants to do.

Day Four: Sing through this week's exercises. Note what you find easy/difficult about them. Do you notice anything about your alignment in these?

Day Five: Sing through your exercises and your song. Try to let go of the tension and the involuntary movements that your body wants to do when it panics. Notice what this does to your resonance.

Day Six: Sing through your exercises and your song. Note down what you like about your voice in both. What is still frustrating you about it? Pop any questions or thoughts in the comments sections of the course for assistance.

Day Seven: Sing through your exercises and your song. Jot down how you found this week and the changes you're already noticing in your voice.
